Welcome to Mall 24. These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Mall 24 website, mobile applications, marketplace, delivery services, vendor services, and related digital platforms. By using Mall 24, creating an account, placing an order, listing products, delivering orders, or accessing any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
Mall 24 may operate as an online marketplace, a direct seller, or both. The platform may connect customers with vendors, delivery partners, payment providers, customer support teams, and other approved service providers. Third-party vendors remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, safety, legality, and availability of their listed products.
Users must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, provide accurate information, use the platform only for lawful purposes, and comply with applicable laws and regulations in South Sudan and any other place where the service is accessed. Users under the legal age of majority may use the platform only with supervision and consent from a parent or guardian.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details, passwords, verification codes, and devices. Users must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it when it changes. Mall 24 may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where there is suspected fraud, misuse, security risk, false information, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected product or service. An order is accepted only when confirmed by Mall 24 or the relevant vendor. Mall 24 may reject or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing or product errors, failed or suspicious payment, unsupported delivery location, vendor inability to fulfil, suspected fraud, or events beyond reasonable control.
Mall 24 aims to display accurate product names, descriptions, prices, photos, availability, warranties, and delivery details. However, errors may occur. Product images are for illustration, and the actual product may vary slightly in packaging, colour, size, model, version, or appearance depending on supplier and manufacturer updates.
Prices may be displayed in South Sudanese Pounds, United States Dollars, or another supported currency. Prices may change without notice before order confirmation. Accepted payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, card payment, mobile money, wallet payment, or other approved digital channels. Users must not use stolen, unauthorised, fraudulent, or illegal payment methods.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, vendor processing time, road conditions, weather, security situations, public holidays, communication issues, payment verification, or other circumstances beyond Mall 24's control. Customers must provide accurate address and contact information and be available to receive orders.
Customers must provide correct order, payment, and delivery information; inspect products where possible; report issues within the applicable period; use products according to instructions; avoid false complaints or fraudulent claims; and treat vendors, delivery partners, and support staff respectfully.
Vendors must provide accurate listings, sell genuine and lawful products, keep stock updated, fulfil orders promptly, comply with return and refund decisions, avoid prohibited items, and cooperate with investigations and customer complaints. Mall 24 may suspend vendors who repeatedly fail to meet platform standards.
Mall 24 may prohibit illegal goods, stolen or counterfeit products, unsafe or expired items, weapons, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances, fraudulent financial services, hate or abusive content, products violating intellectual property rights, and any goods or services prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, images, or feedback where available. Content must be truthful, respectful, lawful, and based on genuine experience. Mall 24 may remove content that is abusive, false, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, spam, illegal, or harmful.
Mall 24 logos, designs, software, platform features, graphics, trademarks, databases, text, and business materials belong to Mall 24 or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, modify, or misuse Mall 24 intellectual property without written permission.
Mall 24 aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, cyber incidents, power interruptions, payment gateway issues, or events beyond reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mall 24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Users should first contact Mall 24 customer support with order details, payment proof, delivery information, photos, or other evidence. Mall 24 will aim to resolve disputes fairly and may refer unresolved matters to a competent authority, court, regulator, mediator, or arbitration mechanism applicable in South Sudan.
Mall 24 may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website or app. Continued use of Mall 24 after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
